Mosaic provides an opportunity for members of ethno-cultural communities to be able to promote their culture within the City of Regina. Mosaic allows the multicultural community to provide a family-focused event that celebrates culture while building public awareness about the rich cultural diversity in our community.
Mosaic Fun Facts: • Mosaic began in 1967 with a one-day event. Since then, Mosaic has expanded to a three-day event showcasing anywhere from 17 – 22 pavilions. • 1977 was the first three-day festival where pavilions were at various locations throughout the city. • Mosaic Adult pass in 1967 – $1.00… Mosaic Adult pass in 2025 $15.00… WOW! • Regina Multicultural Council, Mosaic Committee and pavilions are all planned, executed, and hosted by 100s of committed volunteers who put in 1000s of hours each year to bring the festival together! • Over the years, there have been more than 9 million visits to Mosaic pavilions, with almost 1.1 million passports sold!
2025 Passport prices: Adults Age 14-59: $15.00
. Youth Age 6-13: $10.00 unaccompanied
. Seniors Age 60+: $10.00
. Children Age 5 years and under: Free
Passports are available from the Regina Multicultural Council or through member organizations or at the pavilion directly. Your Mosaic Passport will allow you to visit any Mosaic pavilion for an unlimited number of times and to use the special Mosaic bus transportation to all pavilions. It will also allow access to ALL regular Regina Transit Buses 1 hour prior to the opening of the Pavilions to end of regular service at 1am.
