Does the hotel have in-house restaurants?
No, but you will start your day off with a hearty, delicious, and completely free breakfast! The spread includes toast, baked goods, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Every day, there is a hot meat, egg, and potato selection. Gluten free items are labeled and available upon request.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
Yes, and we do not require a pet deposit! All we require is a pet form to be filled out upon arrival.
What is included in your kitchens?
Kitchens feature an oven, stove, full fridge, microwave, Keurig K-pod coffee maker, cookware and granite countertops. We also provide plates, pots, pans, cutlery, cookware, and cups.
When is the guest laundry open?
7 am – 10 pm
Does the hotel have a Bar?
We do not have a bar inside the hotel, but we are within walking distance of several restaurants and bars.
If shopping is your thing, check out Medicine Hat Mall, South Eastern Alberta’s largest shopping centre with more than 100 shops and services, and free Wi-Fi. The mall is just a stone’s throw away from Home Inn Express, on the opposite side of the Trans Canada Highway.
Do rooms come with complimentary buffet breakfast at the hotel?
Yes! Our hot and cold buffet breakfast is free for all guests.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Most of our stalls also come with free plug-in posts and we have ample room for large truck parking as well.
Does the hotel offer shuttle bus services?
No, we do not offer shuttle service.
Does the hotel have a pool?
No, the hotel does not have a pool.
Does the hotel have conference and wedding venues for private events?
We do not have meeting space at our hotel. We do offer group rates when booking 10 or more rooms/suites for a business or leisure group stay.
What are the hours of breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 6:00-10:00 a.m. daily.
Can people not staying at the hotel access a free or paid breakfast?
No, sorry. Our breakfast is for registered guests only.
Is there enough space for my large truck or trailer?
Absolutely, we offer plenty of free parking.
Do you accommodate large families?
Yes! We have several suite and connecting room options to fit your family.
Can I pay with my debit Visa?
We don’t accept it as a credit card for the pre-authorization, but we do accept it as a form of payment.
